Dislikes

As for me I was hired for a different role but was allotted to another department . I wasn’t given training until the 7 month and so picked up most of the stuff on my own begging people around which affected my output being on probation too. I wasn’t allowed to move freely or speak to anyone around as each department was strictly to themself unless required. Lots of micromanaging which the management perhaps aren’t aware of and even if they do it’s bad for the employee mental health. Short breaks with tremendous work pressure.Seniors don’t respect & acknowledge the Juniors, Badmouthing/cussing/ foul language and politics is the game of the day!
