... one of the quarter , though you are true to your work and loyal to the company. There is zero Job security , hire and fire are so common , though you may get good salary packages that motivate you to join but that come with a huge risk of no Job security.

...rowth. Really flat organisational structure. No work from home option available. Bonus is a joke. Enough if you work hard you are going to get same as others. So it's better not to work harder actively.

The cost cutting mode sometimes can be very exhausting in terms for stretching wokring hours

If you are in the HR domain, don't ruin your career by joining this company. They will promise you the world and when you land, they will load you with everything else except what they promised. It's a suffocating place since ideas are neither accepted nor respected. The idea of Human Resource Management, especially the HRBP role itself, is weird in this place. Forget building a culture. The custodians of culture don't even talk about it as they are busy running with a 'task list'! Zero focus on strategies and alignment with business. They are running a race every day with a 'Task list' which has no place for why they are doing what they are doing. They deeply discouraged thinking, and love to work in an age-old fashion. There are no discussions, training, outbound is out of the question! All this is justified with analogies of a bullet train, highly matrixed organization, etc. Basically instead of simplifying, so-called multi-tasking, complicating, and running in 100 directions are celebrated. Enough said! Joining First Data was the biggest mistake of my career. Everyone's journey is unique. However, I think it's my duty to caution you.

It is a good company but NewDay management is worse

NewDay management is worse and Head of operations Ranjeet Chawla is a stalker and promotes only his girlfriends. There was a case filed against him by Renu Sharma but still HR supported him. Favouratism is at its worse.
