Supportive Leaders and Outstanding working environment given to their workers which automatically enhance their performance. This is the best place to work in as one can upgrade their knowledge very easily.

One can learn many things in one profile but for this, management needs to give time as well. Perfection doesn't exist, it's just highlighted after practising with time.

Dislikes

The environment seems very conservative most of the time. Most of the people in the hierarchy, discriminates employees according to their age, color etc. but management hardly knows about this.

Dislikes

Bait and switch contracts. Pushy recruiters. Harassing calls/ texts/ emails multiple times per day to sign contracts (even when you tell them you are at work). Contracts that are red flags for audits, possibly illegal. Repeated calls and texts every week months after telling them I do not want to work for them- in spite of repeated requests for them to stop contacting me.

Everything is good in the company. Seniors are very supportive, Management and staff also helps if you are in trouble.

Dislikes

I have joined the company recently about 2 months before I didn't see anything wrong.
