Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, but career growth is not job.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No bond aggreement. On the job training is not given new joinees.

Likes

We were dealing with many company's account. We can get knowledge about manufacturing company and at the same time service and sale related company. And also we can get a idea of tax filing.

Dislikes

Problem with timing, team work and also low salary.

Likes

It was an excellent experience for me to work with such Great Firm. I had exposure in Accounts, Audit ,Income Tax, Correspondence, appearing before the Income Tax Authorities for Scrutiny purpose where I gained sufficient knowledge in view of presentation of facts before the Income Tax Authorities. I was also involved in teaching junior assistants and encouraging them to expose in different fields.

Dislikes

The audit work was not being conducted in a proper disciplined way
