Lot of micro management and irregularities in other departments which causes stress among entire organization. Sales is the favourite child which is always pampered may be because most of decisions are taken by management. No body has a fix role, expectations are you should be flexible to handle whatever task assigned to you and be on your toes. In a nutshell, management doesn't want to hear NO, irrespective whatever responsibility you own.

Company work culture is overall good..! Management-staff is professional & helpful. There is scope to learn new things in technology & develop new skills accordingly..!

Worst Company and Worst Management, Worst culture and unethical behaviors of Management. They does not know how to run Company and how to manage the employees, they don't need good employees they want Chatu......, They want to show themselves cool in front of others by using abusive language on the floor. They show that their company is very big, but they also know what is reality. There are some people in management, who will not take them as a simple assistant manager in another company. You Can be Fired Any time, In front of me, two to three employees have been fired hastily. Even if you sit at home for a few months, it will be good for you but, Never even think of getting a job here, stay away from them
