Good company for a freshers to learn everything but as a enthusiastic person it has slow career growth, Salary not credited on time, I worked here for 2 years but there was no appraisal meeting conducted, travel required but reimbursement takes unnecessary delay, senior employees politics ruining the young employees day to day work life, job security Is there and learning depends on how we takes ownership into our assigned task, career growth is there but very slow in our present world work environment,no innovative skills can be improved here and work life balance is somewhat good here since we get every alternate Saturday holiday in a month. I left my job from here due to above reason.

Please don't fall into this trap it's the place where you see so much politics and problematic people and uneducated people are leaders and managers.

Uneducated people are leaders and managers. They don't understand anything.

Job is secured, company policy is good and good place to learn documentations on project. Work and life is balance. Overall it is a good company.

Dislikes

Politics and egos at top managements are ruining this company. Promotions and increments are not there for performing people unless and until they resign.

No Proper Audit systems from management & Owner, Littering in purchase and other department is taking place, Which might effect the company performance in future, Many families are dependant on the company and malpractices to be avoided for the future of the company and families dependant on the company.

Anand js from design is an uneducated fellow who is now the design manager he will torcher everyone coming under him he don't allow you to leave peasfully beware of Anand and Bala 2 psycho fellows of the company rulling for the past 18 years
