company doesn't care about the offline dealers, no trainings for executives & technicians, marketing is very poor, there are always focusing on online customers. compromising in quality for increasing the sale number.

I did not like anything about the company from end to end.

Dislikes

There is no work culture in the company. It is running by consultants and management does not have any idea what they are doing. This is reason the company has lost there 50% market share with in 2 years. Consultants bruatally behave to the employee. around 75% of employees has left the company or being replaces within 2 years of time frame.
