After retirement from Army Service, I started 2nd inning in my life in esteemed Fireball Securitas. I am feeling very good for working with this company. I am taking more interest for improve our job. I will perform the job with honesty just like Army Service. All staffs are very good.

The Organization is a great place to work. Staff welfare is good. Learning opportunities are high, can learn a lot of things here. Friendly environment. Management support is very good. Grievance redressal system is very fast. For these reasons, I am continuing my job here for more that 18 years.

employees are not respected...thay are treated like a servant...cclrar demarcation of work missing and asked to do something for which u r not hired for. Company is not open for the feedback..if you say something they say that this is the way the company works if u r not comfortable you can leave the doors are open
