Worst company ever to work with, working here even for 1-2 months can take you into depression because of worst working environment. Rules are different for different people, no set structures or policies. The best way for growth in this company is to lead up through gossip. There is a group 4-5 people who only focuses on playing politics and can destroy pretty much anyone career because they have direct access to the management. Ramneek and Reet who wives of the founders have no sense how to talk to people and are so so arrogant. Management only believes what is being said through gossip and doesnt see anything else.
