This is that company that is good for 3 kinds of people. 1) Freshers seeking to begin their career. 2) Retirees. 3) people who are desperate to work having their own reasons. Beyond that its a good place for graduates to learn and develop their skills. Other employees are also helpfull. You can always ask questions and get it solved.

...down their man power costs at crucial jobs and expect results beyond this world. Don't hope for praise or salary increments. Compulsory work Bonds is to be signed which is also a draw back. 2-3month notice periods beginning after your manager approval is a bit too much. Also, if you are looking to develop and grow your career and settle, well, this is definitely not that company.

...ring the time of interview to hire you then you will fall under in their trap.. mostly you won't get salary on time.

No job security. They don't provide any offer letter for years. Endless probation period, pathetic culture,bunch idiot in management , pathetic policy

Company is good only for freshers and those who are desperate for a job. One can stay here to learn some skills and can move on.

Management is looking for Employees with low salary. They will take employees for very low salaries and may terminate them after one year and the cycle repeats. Job security is nill. No facilities provided. Hr will trick you by give hope about salary increment, promotion etc which is non existent in this company. Office politics are very bad. Only suitable for freshers, so that they can get some experience and move on. For others this company will spoil their career. Stay away. They will terminate you any time with some lame excuses...
