No work life balance

Dislikes

Meetings can go about 5 additional hours, repetitive instructions, demanding managers and seniors, work is never appreciated, extra hours are unpaid for, no perks, salary gets held back in case of a small discrepancy and doesn't release until the next salary cycle that is almost 1.5 -2 months.

I am working in Finplan from past 1 year now, I have got a good raise and absolutely loved the work culture because of the management. Management is good and handles each employees with utmost care. Company policies are kept linenient and not much to worry about

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
