Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). I am realy happy to say that i am working for finilex industries ltd in this bad setuation and also all managers and all senior emplyes are guiding us how to keep distance from this corona virus and all transporting system and also control room making clean by our team and i am safely working and managers are giving training about covid-19 that keep distance minimum 1miter to each other and do not move outside and using sinitizer every where.
