In commercial salary is very poor in terms of work load. Till you are going out for better prospect company will not throw you out. CTC what will negotiated by HR, will never match with salary. The hidden part is performance incentive. Even when branch will achieve more than 80% of branch target, co. will keep about PI. At least there is a difference Rs. 4-5 k per month between CTC Vs take home pay.

Teammates are average in terms of academic, no training, Job Security is just hire & fire basis, For commercial there is no career growth, Salary/appraisal depend upon the mood of VP, Politics - Top to bottom rat race of oiling, Learning- is zero, Work environment for commercial - there is entry time of 9.30AM but no exit almost 11-12 hrs to serve, Innovation - No opportunity, Work Life Balance - For commercial life will be hell.

...ee, flattering, increment and promotion are the worst except for top management. poor salary structure and less trust

Compensation is good but salary growth is very slow comparative other company as per marked demand.

the finolex is open to innovation and radially adopts latest technology. i proud to a part of a team that market reliable , medium quality products and has environmental friendly. as a result ,i get opportunity to meet and communicate with service engineers for commissioning of machines and gain knowledge . another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

compensation is moderate , but growth is slow. the work pressure is medium. sometimes managers do not give value. also there is no on-job training and know your machine training for freshers , hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step , which is pain sometimes . also different facilities provided to different levels of employee .

Likes

Company policy are good. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Good work environment and culture. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
