... Culture teammates are supportive and The management is transparent there is Ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies give good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and The management doesn't address our Issues salary is decent but career growth Is slow there is a bond of 2 years before Which you cannot resign on the job Ttraining is not given to new joinees.

I CAN'T SAY ITS SO GOOD BUT IN FINO IT IS AN BETTER EXPERIANCE.I LIKE MOST IN FINO IS JOB SECURE AND LITTLE BIT SALARY DELAY BUT ITS OKAY.

OFFICE CULTURE,NO SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND NOTHING LEARN NEW IN THIS JOB.SORRY BUT IS TRUE GUYS. THANK YOU

There environment is too good and supporting team also and I am happy for the part of a team..

...te their team work , they appreciate only those who told them gossips or etc....that is too much discusting and I requesting for HR please pay attention for them. And also if you are more educated with our team leaders or R1 etc in team, so they don't want them to go ahead.

In this job at first not good salary provided by company and if you have any accident in job time then no sympathy no salary this is a big issue of this type company and new joiner of this company only serve contract basic for 1 year And seniors/Bosses behavior is very rude

In this Very rude behavior of the seniors,and always use bad language your working hours finish on 5:30 pm but you can't go out mostly you have 1 or 2 hours extra

Good place to work but with low salary nd incentives nd with no expenses.

No increment in salary from last one nd half year they dont even give full salry which is given in offer letter. Cut two pf but one goes to company good place to get looted
