...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The working place was good for learner about the banking sector and the culture also good, environment Also superb and the teammates are supportive.

...ter. 2nd thing is L2 team need to give proper resolution in time of the issue. 3rd thing they didn't give good salary hike to their old employees it should be improved,when one employee give their 12 years to the company and serve her/his 100% then company should understand his/her value.

Working experience is good, relationships management is helpful systematic work were we stuck. But now days customers service going low day by day my job security is not secure or fix
