Office employees are helpful, having good behavior. enjoyed with my works, 1 year ago.

Dislikes

Working process is not correct. Due to pandemic situation salary has been deducted from March 2020. No increment and no benefits. No holidays. Too much working pressure and wrong instructions and procedure. Strong technical guidance is not there. Team lead is unskilled worker, no technical skills, due to good relationship with management team the team lead torture with office's good and skilled workers. Senior managers have most worst behavior, they don't good behave with employees. I am already suffered.

Finlabs India has a great work culture with very friendly and supportive team to work with along with sincere seniors to guide and train to bring up the productivity. Also, the full exposure to various technical aspects and the business logic behind the projects are one of the plus points of working here. They also provide us to many learning areas & opportunities. I am very much grateful to be a part of this company.

Working with a startup based company helps me the learn new things and also develop and upgrade my skills . Company culture and team management is good. Best part as it is work from home but weekly once we have to visit office. Overall my experience is best till now. I have been working from last 9 months over here.

Since working from last 9 months , everything is good till now. There are no dislikes which i found in this company yet.

Work life balance, no proper architecture, finexa product based on only one software engineer who made in 2017-2018. Now The others so called "engineers" they are following the same 😆.
