Nothing just salary credited on time until you are working but when you put papers your entire salary will be on hold and they will pressurise you to not left the company

1.Appraisals are poor (every year they will give same reason that company is in loss and will give raise once you received good offer) 2.work life balance is not there you will get calls even when you left the office 3.Poor HR practices (Get everything in writing as hr will tell something else and will change the statements later by gaslighting their employees, fnf and releaving letters will be not given so think 10 times before joining)
