If you work inside KNPC only they will give you salary with KNPC management pressure otherwise 3 months once you will get

Total management people they will do anything in the world for money ethic less people, and Once you join company you can’t able to resign properly if you resign they will torture you will say 3 months more without salary and will not get last month salary also , once you surrender them I no need any thing the. Only they cancel your visa and send back

...culture in KNPC is good but when it comes to Finesco, very care less management. salary getting late, if you have any query then no one is answering your call even if 100s of trying, end of service benifite if you are avilable in kuwait then they will give you after 3-4 moth of waiting. if yyou leave kuwait the forget about if many problem with finesco.

Finesco, very careless mengement, every moth late salary, No one is for solve your query, End of service benefit is provided if they want only after long long wait.

Most Corrupted company, Accomodation money cut from salary, Cash salary given so standing to long queue, Facilities Not given as per rules, you have to sign Offer letter without Read(They did not allow to read),

...perly trained. It was my responsibility to build up the team. Not much politics. Salary were not given at times. Freedom I felt.

Materials transportation, manpower transportation, planning etc were very poor. All were upon my risk

...in with satisfaction, cant work with satisfaction,cant leave in proper manner... wont give salary properly.. Finesnace people they will eat our benifits... Company must be wanished from kuwait.
