Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like , lady boss is very inhuman, negativity & deduct salaries for a minutes, long working hour, management informs even if you are at home you have to work. Micromanagement, it feels like we are in school.

Lady Director of the Company has no Manners, she thinks she is bandit queen and The General Manager of the Company Mr. B.P always gossip about others, he will keep abusing to the Directors , so much partiality , bad environment, toxic people, every month new rules. Feels like we are in jail 😕. Here there’s no designation they will ask you to work in any field with out informing. Managements are like not to meet the person who left the Company. always want to interfere in employee personal life. Very inhuman & Bad 👎 😑
