...Sometimes it feels like working in a call center. There is no skill development. Salary is very low and incentives criteria are very high.

Awesome environment, you get to learn alot from the top management as they work very closely with you, and the culture is really amazing, one of the best companies to look forward to do your internship.

The pay is less according to the living standards but other than that everything is great

There is nothing that I like about FinEdge.

The management is rude. At first they will say that this job has no target. So no pressure. But that is just the beginning of lies. Harsh Gahlot, the CEO, he is the most arrogant man on this planet. The most unsupportive staff ever. They hire you for a finance role. But your job has nothing to do with finance. Its a pure business development role. And client acquisition and relationship management is your job role. You aren't even eligible for incentive if you don't talk to clients for long and get new ones through referrals.

Nothing absolutely nothing! They will give you fancy title of Investment Manager but it is nothing more than a sales job, that too underpaid. Financial planning for them asking clients about weather and stuff at their place. Zero learning, no growth.

Everything, Especially the self obsessed manager.
