There is nothing that I like about FinEdge.

Dislikes

The management is rude. At first they will say that this job has no target. So no pressure. But that is just the beginning of lies. Harsh Gahlot, the CEO, he is the most arrogant man on this planet. The most unsupportive staff ever. They hire you for a finance role. But your job has nothing to do with finance. Its a pure business development role. And client acquisition and relationship management is your job role. You aren't even eligible for incentive if you don't talk to clients for long and get new ones through referrals.

It was an amazingly wonderful experience working with FinEdge! Management is so nice, empathetic and supportive that they are always there for you. I've learned so much from them and most importantly being empathetic towards clients and truthful towards work. Work environment is very positive, colleagues are supportive. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
