Note- No bonus payable for the last year of your employment (After quitting the job), Notice period 2 month any destination, duty timing 10 hours compulsory, bond, appraisal, No gate pass, but no problem for any leave 😆, No overtime payment but Late slip fill up for 15 minutes Late and half duty for 16 minutes late 🤣. No Holiday for October 2 (Gandhi Jayanti), Ram Navami, Id-ul-Fitr, Dussehra, Buddha Purnima, Maha Shivaratri, Janmashtami, Guu Nanak’s Birthday & Christmas Day. New New rules on every 10/20 days. I declare that all information is true. Mujhe ummid h ki sare points ko sudharenge.

Good facility, good AC bus facility, hires good candidates.

Dislikes

No road map available and politician are running the company who ever tries to do well have to pay good price by leaving the organization. Company has documents of MNC quality. Expects 10 year of experience quality from candidates having 3-4 year. Management should talk to ground staff and take strategic decisions. And should work on retaining present employees by providing favourable compensation. If following points will be considered the company will had a bright future as it want to be global player.

Yes always company support us during covid 19 lockdown, company paid salary during off day at lockdown time. And also provide free transportation and medical or other services.
