Not an professional environment. Office culture is suffocating and distressing. Owner is abusive all time. No Job satisfaction. Positive reviews are fake using marketing agency sevice, truth is people are leaving company every month. Rarely 1 or 2 are from 1 years rest 97% staff join and leave in a month or 2 only. Too much pressure, after sale is very slow due to under staffed department and need to bare client brunts and cancellations. Not conducive for career growth.

Fincity cares about the work life balance and that really helped me as an employee and definitely raised my morale. The management team is also really helpful and patient with all of us. There is a lot of scope to grow here.
