Work culture is pathetic, company policies, HR no pne cares about their employees. There is no growth. Management is not terrible. You will not be allowed to take leaves. So much micromanagement. During covid times, all back end teams have to come. If someone is found covid +ve only 3-4 people immediately surrounding that people were quarenteen and not the entire bay.. This is not just my review but the collective review of 20 people.

Dislikes

Culture, Management, super greedy nature. Even after a huge profit. They are not giving a single penny hike, no increment, no bonus.

Salary is on time and process are followed

Dislikes

Everything they don't respect timings and force you to work overtime, they ask you to go out in field in the name of marketing activities and makes you do stupid things, no skill development, no work life balance

Likes

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.

The environment here is good and there is job security and supported league.

Dislikes

There is no salary package here, appraisal is not very special, no promotion is given, no enjoyment or party is given to the employee, no salary bonus is given on Diwali.

They give complete ownership of thing which is challenging at times and helps one grow fast

Dislikes

...lease appraisals very very late and you can’t expect decent hike or promotion. There is so standardisation of role and salary/ grade it’s pathetic. And attrition is sky rocketing here
