Employee retention is done by condition and it became trend to hike salary and grades. But it create chaos with employee who are working hard

For last 5 year in au My grade is B,-1 So growth is # not me my all team mates for last 7 year same grade . Appraisel Nil. Only 5% hike for last 3 years . Claim only process 4k not more .... working enviroment is good .but senior cannot see this . He can see only that who see our senior people.

...o attend customers and call till late night . Rough language used by seniors . Salary hike after year 5%maximum Bad experience in au with seniors ... he cannot solve issue with juniors.... Fake policies .....

Company is good for those who want nothing from his life as no future growth and worklife balance there but good for those who not much aware about there personal lifee tooo

No work life all day working no comp off salary is very less

AU bank have clear vission and bank lounched good product. AU Bank has good product. We can interact with senior management easily. We can highlight easily with our performance

Dislikes

...ing in ROMG. They just checking MIS and reporting and passing 1 to 2 years hear. They are coming only for salary hike. PLP and KPI different program not useful. Need one program for incentive purpose.

Being a small finance bank, it gives prompt response to customer since daily walk in to the main branch in Bangalore is 3-4 customers (at the max)

Dislikes

...have any say before sales department. They ask to come to work even on holidays. Line Manager has all the power to hold fixed salary. He may choose to hold upon achieving monthly targets. Over all, not at all recommended for work.
