...r bank or is not able to get any other job should only try to get in this one. Also a very crucial point there will be compulsory premium deduction from your salary in the name of insurance which will be added while mentioning your CTC. All other companies provided insurance to their employees at no additional cost but with AU it's different.

Bank is good when you active in bank, if someone resign bank is not giving proper response to them for any kind of query specially HR person.

Aau bank HR policies, I joined in March 2019 appraisal for FY 2019-20 given by bank but salary arrear not given.

If there is one thing that i would appreciate is that, at least we get salary credit on time, as this reminds me the only reason for staying in indifferent environment.

Job Dissatisfaction - Success of Product is dependent on multiple factors like Research, Proposition, Design, Execution, marketing etc. People behind each functions does there Job well but fails when put together. Therefore, the one who is bearing torch must be strong enough and experienced in managing all these together. I feel senior product person should be someone who has prior experience in at least 3 core functions which is missing here. And when leader is not experienced enough, other problem arises. Like. Monotonous Work, More focus on impressing senior management with biased numbers, Decision basis gut feeling, Lack of Growth and Learning. Extreme Slow Execution etc. Strict Timing - No WFH, Alternate Saturday off
