Nothing, very bad company to join. attrition rate is too high. Please do not join for salary growth All negative vibes. resigned within 3 months from Job

If you are not working anywhere or at home since many years then only join. otherwise look for better company. All Toxic work culture seen in my 20 years of career

The company doesnt give appraisals so properly. They dont give hike in salary so much. Management is terrible. The management in financeplus india is like that of a dictatorship.

Financeplus management is pathetic but as far as my department is considered it was very good.

There are lot of teams working for different shifts like AZ/NZ , India, UK, USA and they are pretty flexible giving opportunities to employee of one team to move to different team...So you get opportunity to learn now tools and not restricted to 1 or 2 tools ....The culture here in has also been good , the colleagues are supportive.
