The company is very innovative they used to go at all the inputs that I have giving and all the prospectus and development which had done for the company in considering the words of senior persons till the time

It was driven by young team when I was there in the organisation, so it was always full of events and parties. Though banking sector is an aggressive niche but there were an over all balance that I must consider.

Dislikes

As ‘m putting this forward in public domain for the first time, I assure that I have all relevant emails to justify my words, and can be rechecked with any of my colleague. The first six months,I have reached 175% of the business, done exceptionally well and bought so much of appreciation to the team lead, but they haven’t paid my incentives of AED29,000(INR ₹6,00,000). This wasn’t the issue with me only, more then 20% of the team has lost their incentives and hard work. Many out of those tried to talk to the management but nothing happened, fewer of them have got only because they modified the incentives slab later on after finishing the quarter. Later on after six months I got terminated because failure of meeting minimum business target.

Horrible no learning nothing manager like illiterate specially in Musffah branch Mr Nadeem he is behaving with their team like slave
