Honestly, working at Finaleap Finserve Private Limited has been my worst experience ever. The work environment was far from what I expected, and I faced constant challenges that made my time there frustrating. Communication issues, lack of proper management, and overall dissatisfaction with the role made it a truly disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for professional growth or a positive work culture

Dislikes

The company has a tendency to terminate employees for so-called 'non-performance' within just two months, without giving them a fair chance to improve or proper guidance to succeed. This creates an unstable and stressful work environment where job security is always uncertain.
