1. Working culture is not systematic. 2. Whole production is running in under illiterate manager. 3. There is no hierarchy in company director directly connect with operators or office boy so manager role is finished. 4. I feel lot of corruption done by current manager but director only interested in chamchagiri. 5. It is a very old company but growth is very poor just because his policy attitude and illtrate staff.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
