...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary at time, conveyance facility, canteen facility

Salary growth rate poor, food quality poor in canteen, No conveyance to staff, duty 10 hrs to staff, No safety to machine operators due to old technology based machinery used

Totally very bad work culture and production head using bad words while asking any safety related concerns.

...k culture very bad, they are treating s a safety officer as housekeeping person. Totally very bad, salary also very low and during my tenure of work period from sep 2020 to June 2023, No PF, No Bonus. They blamed more, and worked 12 hours throughout the periods. They are not allowed to do fire drills.

Work Environment is fair. Salary credit on Time. Teammates are supportive. Canteen facility is fair. Progressive Business Approach.

Management doesn't address the issues. Politics is too much. Hr Department is over powered Department. Their rules and regulations are ununderstanding. No training for New Joinees. Career growth is slow.
