...ement. 1) Management keeps moving employees from process to another every often. (2) Salary hike is very minimal. (3) No scope for any domine. (4) Management expects us to work atleast 2 hours extra for free, they tell us to take initiative in work and carry their burdens. My all interview process gone smooth.. salary discussion, HR round every thing what completed... i suppose to join from next day but 1day back got call from HR team and said.. this position on hold... that i thing they have to discuss internally so candidate will not waste time.. they have to discuss internally before posting any job in Naukri or any of portal. IS all BIG company do like this only?
