No matter what big big reasons we give about why we work, at the end of the day nothing matters more than getting salary on time. In my span of 4 years working with Fidelity IT Jobs, not even a single time salary was delayed. This I feel is the biggest achievement on the part of the company. Besides, The kind of supportive team I happened to work with was remarkable. I would like to specially mention Abhishek Kumar (TL), he is someone who is always there to help you with anything. He is a gem of a person. And, Mr Anil (Founder) is someone who we all aspire to be. He is man of word, and he is man of principles, and he is someone in whom you can repose your faith for any work related matter. He is always all his ears to listen to your concerns. In nutshell, my stint with Fidelity IT Jobs was fantastic.
