Dislikes

...moving out and/or asked to leave now. These roles were created only 2 years ago. Compensation (including structure) is not great. Many other smaller companies structure the compensation to help reduce income tax for employees. Nothing of that sort here. You're on your own paying high taxes. Without "bech", you're always out of people to run the organisation. Backfill takes at least 4-6 months.

They don’t provide challenging work that has a good impact on one’s satisfaction. The pay compared to the counterparts are very less. The pay scale revision for certain roles have not been done for the past 10 years. The stipend they provide during internship needs a serious revision.
