Abosolutely nothing.The company always looks for an opportunity to deduct money from your salary. Also they does not pay on time. Fidelis also does not your full and final settlement ever.

Worst company of the decade. If you are ok with getting late salary. The people never pick calls when you are need. The medical facility is rubbish I broke my hand and they didn't helped me with any insurance they claimed providing at the time of joining. They will never answer any queries if you will call them. It is like a kirana store and you will be doing bandhua majhdoori.

Recommended only.... only ..for freshers.who don't want to sit in home. who want to showcase to their friends and family that I'm working in IT for that this is the best company.

No proper response from HR, no salary Hike,they will made us to work like hell but according not even a 2%of Hike they will give. If your working at any client location means they'll forgot that your the one of their company's employee. If you really want to settled down in your career life, don't join this company.
