There are no strict policies from HR. It changes according to people. If you are willing to work long hours with low compensation and stressful enviornment and do not question anything you are good to go. Sometimes it feels like a labour. People in the management are terrible. If you work in a average company please do not think of switching to here just because of some hike. You will hate the work culture.

No job security. Management is a rotten lot and quite safe for women. I was deputed at DLF Properties in Gurugram as on-site Microbiologist. But my main job was to keep Chefs in DLF in good humor.

Nice seniors. Helpful environment to learn. Work culture is good and helps in overall development.

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance. Too much load on too less people. Renumeration not in line with the amount of work that is expected to be done. Increments are not very good. Basically, they want higher returns but do not want high investments.
