Dislikes

No specific job role or job responsibilities. It can be changed anytime or increase as per company needs. Management can't continue one thing for long run. Suddenly change any rule then suddenly started any other one. So many peoples are mainly doing oiling to MDs and other managers nothing else.

Likes

Only Lunch which you will get @Rs. 16/- trust me other than that you don't get anything special or good which you will like.

Dislikes

So many things 1. Company will mention in your job role something but they will give you some other kind of job role which is totally different from the job role mentioned in your appointment letter. You are satisfied or not that is your problem if company needs then you have to do totally different kind of job or work in which you don't have any experience or in which you are not getting any job satisfaction or future growth option. 2. Mostly peoples are working over here has joined by any other staff or references for them this company is a very safe place to work. But if you don't have any references who can help you in future here then definitely you will have to face this no.1 problem which I mentioned here. I also resigned from here for that no.1 reason. 3. Most of the Old staffs in this company every time gives you some out of the world advice which is totally baseless and neither help you for your growth but you will be missguided or confused. 4. Most of the old staffs here simply doing oiling to the management nothing else and some of them keeping more and more job responsibilities on their hand to show off to the management but can't finish it on time. 5. When company is getting good orders from customers then everything will be fine but when orders are little down or less then company will mostly starts the No.1 process. 6. Company is taking new new staffs very frequently in different departments through reference or directly but here staffs also very frequently left for different reasons. Only old staffs are not leaving this company no matter what is happening with them but they are staying here like a leech. 7. Some of the staffs are helpful also but these numbers are very very less. 8. In my career this is first company where I can't continue to work not even 6months, only worked here for 5months and I these 5months of my career is totally wasted nothing else. You don't need to worry if you have any one in this company who can support or help you constantly in future so that the no.1 reason will not happen with you then you can atleast work here with your given job role.

Really I didn't find anything likeable in this company. Everything is looking good but ultimately useless end of the day. Mainly Sekh Mikhail Accounts Manager who is working in this company since companies' childhood he is all in all and take credit of each and everyone Accounts staffs who is working here in Accounts Department. Everybody is doing work here but he is special like MD's own Son, don't know why.

Dislikes

Everything is happening here. Moreover their Work distribution procedure and work culture. Very less number of employees will help you when you are new maximum staffs try to make things complicated in front of you and try to show you that it's very hard to continue in this company and work here though actually it's not like that.

Likes

Teammates are really good and Travel compensation is good. Its a growing company and as a small company you can learn various things from various departments simultaneously.

Dislikes

Career growth is very bad. Skilled staffs are not available as a result your skills will not be developed. No training is provided to learn new things and no chance of any innovation.
