I am learn there lot of things.they give good salary but after covid-19 pandemic give me less salary.

All staff is good but it's my bad luck to work there.management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth slow.

Nothing to be like in Fiberhome terrible experience.

No any Workculture in this company there is no any management who can discuss with you or help you if any problem occur related work or any others.only 1-2 people gives orders according there mood even at guested holiday HR will ask to that person for holiday, if his mood is ok then employees will get the holiday if his mood is not ok then can cancel any holiday...

AGM finance (Rajnish) is very mean people and he believe in making fool to others and he is only maintaining relationship with his nearest rather than maintaining relationship with Fiber Home and there is only grouping in the factory as well as in corporate office and nobody is thinking about Fiber Home. Employees are thinking about their convenience rather than Fiber Home benefit

Work life balance, almost no work pressure

Dislikes

Learning opportunities seem to be very less and the management which is all Chinese interacts very rarely with the rest of the team. The code documentation and other documentation is very poor and the code being handed over from China has Chinese comments in it along with the Chinese documentation if at all it exists. The HR’s roam about as the CEO’s with no accountability to employees.
