Lots of harassment from immediate supervisor (PS and RTL) their behaviors totally against the work culture of FHI 360 in Maharashtra (Work culture only in paper)

FHI 360 is great place to work with. Clear targets and good support to achieve the targets. Carrier and growth opportunities are limited. work satisfaction level is very high. Overall experience with FHI 360 is high. I have long and reach experience over two decades in Africa and South East Asia. I will be more than happy to handle the healthcare projects in these regions.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. However, due to lack of new projects future is dark. HR can interact with managers to find if employees are capable of handling jobs in other regions at international locations.

Except the job pressure maybe due to the Funder's requirements, it's good working at FHI 360, since FHI 360 recognizes the employee's right de seek medical care when sick. Elsewhere in some INGOs, you need to take annual leave to get medical care.

Dislikes

It is all about Donor's requirements (not FHI 360's) when it comes to Technical Assistance: Employees have to deal with some TA indicators as if they were Direct Service Delivery-DSD, so that results can satisfy to that Donor.

I like the saving scheme for benefits and the insurance scheme but I also like the way the Human resource Manager works and solves issues with a high sence of integrity. In addition to that I also like the idea of not discriminating drivers because in some places of work drivers are not given equal opportunity like it is in fhi360.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
