I have learned so much from Santosh, the first CEO of the company. He is the best mentor and provides excellent guidance in times of struggle or difficulty. He is always there to lend a helping hand and offer unwavering support.

Dislikes

Over the past year, the company has experienced a significant decline in performance since the new CEO took over. There seems to be an increasing level of partiality, especially regarding religion and seniority. Only a few selected individuals are given increments and special treatment, while others are overlooked. Additionally, there's clear gender bias. Female employees receive preferential treatment, whereas newly joined male employees are often neglected or treated unfairly. Even when projects are completed as a team, the recognition tends to be skewed, with undue focus placed on developers. This leads to unjust blame on individuals who may not be responsible, instead of acknowledging the efforts of the entire team.
