Lack of adequate resources to manage site activities, Poor management/ Mis management mostly in FEDO due to negligence and lack of interest by management.

Likes

I gained lot of technical as well as non technical knowledge from there. It was my first stepping stone to career after graduation. Both the managers and workers were very helpful and friendly during the apprenticeship training period. I learned lot of things practically that I have studied during my degree. The working atmosphere was also very nice. The HSE department is very much attendive in keeping the safety of workers. Overall nice experience and it is a good company for a fresher mechanical engineer to start their career.

Low wages.

It's a government organisation,the company is very good for the south indians but it's very difficult for North Indian like me,for its different cultures language,but company is good no work pressure as because it's a government organisation the pay and perks also as per government rules and regulations.

The canteen food 🤣
