Timing issue would had loved it if they were particular about their job timings .if they expect doctors to do overtime it should be made sure u pay them for that extra hors they also put in.

I believe in upgrading knowledge & wisdom by learning & sharing with self-motivation & experience.

Dislikes

Though we come across Nursing Manager level, Every JD must have its own importance, role, responsibilities & recognition. Smart & Hardworking employees are not recognized much but rather assigned with lot of other person work without any helping hands. Employee job service is taken as an advantage without any allowance.

Everything except the work we do is a dislike for me. Many HODs are not HOD-esque figures; they work there for money and they fail to see the bigger picture. The work-life balance is almost non-existent when compared to other foundations. The director fails to see the internal quarrels and doesn't care about those.

I like to work at Fernandez hospital we were easily communicate all staff and they made me how work easily.they explained easily about dieses condition.and also doctors every time cooperation with nurse .

Dislikes

No proper communication. Don't listen the employees concern and they don't understand what the problem. Everyone try to blame each other. And very important it doesn't matter them how long you work if they don't want any employees working with them they will show silly reason and terminate.they don't remember how hard work we did. All politics.
