The people I met initially then they changed the whole management. They were rude and used to hire students so that they could make them overwork they suddenly changed our salary giving some reasons and then introduced strict enforcement. They were not understanding and we had to beg for paid leaves.

Dislikes

...y used my comp-off for 3 days by making me leave early as per their convenience. They have even kept the salaries of employees and this one time one of our team members had a medical emergency at home so they rushed home and then fired him without providing their salary and this is not the only case.

Likes

Felicity is a workplace for the current generation - very flexible, highly reliable and responsible team members working to contribute their bit to take care of the clients (24*7, 365 days).

Dislikes

Can work better on the remuneration part to compensate individuals based on their expertise. Can create plan to develop and promote talent within the organisation (by recognising and promoting genuine efforts)
