Salary hikes are pathetic, you can hardly get 600rs to 1500 rs hike per year. Expensive machines and competation companies are very strong. No employee friendly policies. Top level management people are very rude. No career growth.

Almost nill growth in salary.. strick policy for basic pay of below 15k for everyone from 20k monthly package employee to 50k monthly package Employee( bz gratuity calculatation done on basic pay)

...here the system is always person don't deserve they get increment and promotion. Growth is stooped related to salary, post, grade and others. At the end you have fun and all, but not getting salary which is must so you will get frustrated very quickly.

The working culture is toxic in this organisation. They are like aane ke time to fix hai jaane ka fix nahi hai. If you come late then half day cut. But if you in the office till 9 pm so this will not compensate. If you on holiday they just call you yo do an work.

Felder machine quality is good, huge amount of material available to understand the machines and the industry. Colleagues are always helpful, It feels like family.
