There is lots of politics, work culture is average they thing candidate can work 24hrs like labour they give you multiple tasks and except it should be perfect without any error there no work management here every work is very urgent it should be done with in 20 to 30 mints there no work balance In every financial year they do shuffling in department eg accounts profile person in hr hr profile person in operations etc they create such scenario so that candidate should suffer from depression,stress and leave the organisation by its own so that company is not liable to give any kind of increament on the baise of cost cutting Office competitive some people are also very irritating they will keep on naging you unnecessarily So guys before joining think about it
