...f 3.6 years in Indonesia,I was given an opportunity in Botswana power project. Company paid salary and perks on time during my entire tenure. Leadership is highly professional and always encourage employees to take new responsibilities and elevates to next level and provides opportunity to work on international assignment. Feedback Power have nice culture and working environment. They always encourage and motivate us. HR department have many employees friendly policies,they always adress our problems and resolve on time. We are free to communicate with entire management freely. During this pandemic company took utmost care of us for safe return to India from Botswana.i am honoured to be part of feedback power family. I'm willing to work again with feedback power in india and abroad.

Feedback power having only few projects of complete operation and maintenance.

1. Time to time salary 2. Stores requisition materials advance stock etc

Dislikes

1. There is no common mess on this side where food is served. 2. High salary employees will not get bonus, low salary employees will get bonus 3. The work of the HR department is very slow such as designation change at salary slip etc

Nothing good to write only one thing salary come on time because of clients pressure.

Very bad HR people and there culture I work 1.5 year but iam sorry to say tha nothing good to earn team not supporting no facility very poor culture

...ed. 2. They appreciate your hard work and reward you at an appropriate time. 3. They give equal opportunity to all to grow and salary is based on every individual performance. 4. We never have faced any problem regarding salary delay, if there is some then proper communication was always done. 5. You will never be forced to do a task which is not in your working area. 6. As we work in a power plant so safety concern was always the priority for management. 7. Medical Insurgence (Domestic as well as International) provide by The Company. Other Arrangements- 1. As we were living far from our motherland so the living arrangements and other facilities provided by company were very good. 2. Company takes care of all your essential needs such as providing vehicle for daily grocery purchase and other for other medical emergency if any. And last not least even in this pandemic situation company arranged earliest flight through Vande-Bharat mission even the ticket cost was very high and they followed us until we reached our home safely.
