The company's culture and people are good, Salary and benefits are also good they also provide work from home in medical conditions.

Dislikes

There are many issue I'm mentioning it here if you got an offer from this company: -working hours are going to be long, you have to complete your tasks then only you can go to your home -No payments for the extra working hours -your future in this company will be based on project you get if you're lucky then it's good otherwise they will torture you by assigning more tasks - No job security -At induction they'll try to fool you by saying good things only like no politics and all things -No work life balance and many more.......

Likes

- No bonds. - Good salary package for freshers - Gives opportunity for building career by hiring freshers. - Having an average shift timing of 2 to 11.

Dislikes

- They are not getting satisfied with us; no matter how hard you work. - They make us do overtime without being paid for the overtime. - Leaves are not approved easily by many Mentors and Team Leaders - Gives a lot of burden to the new joinee by passing on all the work load of seniors.

...at if you leave your company then again you can not joint company , for leaves . you have to fight etc , you can not understand salary structure easily.

They give good salary and bonus in every year but it depends team in which you are selected. If your team head or project head is good you are lucky☺ but if your team head or project head who are not think about teammates it's not growth for you.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is very slow even employ is working hard and he/she is give his/her efforts, they give their 100%but still they are not think about any promotion. When employe have atleast 3-4yrs experience in same company, they have to think about the growth but they are just talking about growth but not take any action even they have taken an exam for promotolion but they didn't take any interview (this rule is for only our team) other teams have different rules which is not good 😞 Here, those people are growing who are expert in politics also higher management is relay on these people. Even there are different rules for promotion for each team and each member. If an employe has good relation with higher management they are directly promoted but they don't think about those people who are really work for fedora. So, if you work for fedora you have to maintain a good relation with higher management. 😊 I have another experience about refferals, Me and my colleagues has give a refferal for job to fedora but they didn't selected if they all are intelligent that means no meaning of reffer this job to other peoples. Moreover, they are not given proper training to new joinees but their expectation is vey high.

The manager is never happy no matter how much you work. If the process is new, you end up working for more than 13 hours in one go. Once their work is done, they just find ways to mental torture you so you leave on own and they don't have to share the shares of incentives.
