Very good experience and training for diploma holders with excellent pay scale, the top management is very supportive, and helps to learn a lot. All the facilities provided within the boundary. Job confirmation is based on work output of two years.

Due to Covid situation , Knocking of EV on door , Diesel Engine stoppage-- Job security is bit concer. Management is good-- Policies are favourable

... reality comes when you get into the pond . Still Poltics are major concern-- Salary is decent -- Way less than Compared to NCR region.

I am working from last 10 years , company always asked about my growth and development. Earlier I was in patiala plant and last year for an opportunity to move to bangalore plant.

In terms of compensation ,it is not as good as other auto ancillary companies

Politics is on another level , Salary is very low and growth is really slow in terms of knowledge & skils
