Worst Management, No planing for Project,salary always due 4 to 5 months and this company is undergoinh corporate Insolvency Resolution process vide order dated 14.08.19 passed by Hoa'ble National company law Tribunal Allahabad bench under the provision ofinsolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016.As per my knowledge they have no new project recruitment stuf1 for finalisation/closure of thr old project.Without notice they terminate not only me others also and my 9 month salary also not paid including gratuty and other benifits.

It's good experience in Fedders Lloyd and my teammates are very good from my side. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Dislikes

The career growth is very slow and no future in the company now this time. Not increased the salary last three years.

Best working environment and culture. Top management is supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes.

There is bond of 4 years id you joined as fresher, which you cannot resign.

Worst company to work. Employee salaries are always delayed by 2 months. Government should take necessary action on these type of firms. BR Punj and his son should be sent to jail.

The work pressure is very high every time. I have to work extra time in a day & I have to attend customer call / complaints in the evening & some time late night/holidays, boss do not appreciate my work,
