Politics by project managers, uncultured way of behaviors Favoritism and bonus for employees who is highly experienced for more 5 & 10 years Repeated mental torture by the project managers No help from your colleague from the same team. Working hard they take it for granted and torture you like a hell

.... No idea about wat happens in industry. No serious production happens. So pity. "Top"level employees get their salary every month and ask others to do foolish things and no new project agreed in my time there.

No project there done systematically. Academic level standards. Highly exp professionals didnt go with the company not more than 3 months
